An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the Cancer Services Team for the City and Weston Hospital Operating Unit (HOU) at BFT .
The successful candidate will be working alongside the Cancer MDT Coordinators and the Fast Track Office team .
The post holder will be responsible for tracking patients with suspected cancer from the point of receiving their referral, ensuring patients are seen in a timely manner . The role will involve communicating with various departments within the Trust and at other Trusts . Other key responsibilities include providing support to the Fast Track Office t eam and the Cancer MDT Coordinators .
