Duties:
- Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies.
- Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Temporary workers are acceptable
- Minimum experience of 3 month
- Must have a valid Level 2 care certificate
Experience:
- Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or home care is a must.
- Knowledge of First Aid procedures.
- The ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and respect.
- Able to manage individuals with dementia and challenging behaviour.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
