Joiner / Carpenter
Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced joiner to join our team on a full-time basis. The work is varied and hands-on, covering a mix of site joinery, fitting, and general carpentry across ongoing projects. We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, can work from drawings when needed, and is comfortable getting stuck in alongside the rest of the team. Most of our work is straightforward joinery done properly rather than rushed patch jobs. If you’re reliable, know your tools, and care about the finish you leave behind, you’ll fit in well here.

Responsibilities
Carry out general joinery and carpentry work on site Fit doors, frames, partitions, flooring, and other timber elements Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately from drawings or site instructions Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Work alongside other trades to keep projects moving smoothly Maintain good site standards and follow health & safety practices Ensure work is completed to a high standard of finish

Requirements
Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable reading drawings and setting out work when required Good knowledge of hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship CSCS card preferred but not essential
