Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of the kitchen and work areas
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and menu items
- Monitor food production to ensure quality and consistency
- 40 hours, 5 days a week with occasional evening shift

Skills
- Proficiency in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and equipment usage
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Two years experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation
- Culinary creativity to contribute to menu development and innovation
