What you’ll do:

Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims accurately and efficiently

Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

Reconciling financial records and supporting month-end processes
-
Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records

Managing correspondence, filing systems and document control

Providing administrative support to managers and wider teams

Responding to queries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Supporting meetings, diary management and report preparation when required

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Assisting with data entry and producing routine reports
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in an account, finance, administration, or office support role

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Good numerical and analytical abilities

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work

Experience using finance systems would be advantageous.
