We're looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our vibrant team at our purpose-built activity retreat centre in Chester. You'll support children and young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and mental health needs through therapeutic outdoor-based activities that promote confidence, joy, and wellbeing.

As part of our team, you will be able to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle and personal commitments. Our waking night shift times run from 10pm-8am and there will also be opportunities to pick up sleep shifts.

Your Role as a Waking Night Support Worker:
- Deliver person-centred support in an outdoor-focused environment
- Lead and assist with engaging activities like art, music, nature walks, adventure play, and sports
- Work closely with young people with Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Help build confidence, independence, and emotional resilience through meaningful experiences
- Keep accurate records and always uphold safeguarding procedures
What You'll Need:
- Previous care experience (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health)
- Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care – or willingness to train
- A passion for being outdoors and active, creative engagement
- Compassion, patience, and a drive to make a difference
