Job Overview
Reporting to the Head of Services, the Hyperscale Project Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role within the Hyperscale Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, commercial performance and supporting a team of engineers and subcontractors.
This role goes beyond coordination and administration. It is about managing resource, driving performance, and ensuring service delivery aligns with the company’s goals. The role holder will make sure the team is efficient, motivated, and continually improving.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Hyperscale team
- Coordinate the project teams’ governance rhythm — prepare agendas, circulate pre-reads, attend key meetings and produce concise minutes and action logs on behalf of the Splice HyperScale team.
- Track all actions arising from project meetings: ensure owners are clearly assigned, due dates are set, and outstanding items are actively followed up without waiting to be asked.
- Coordinate reporting pack preparation — consolidating inputs from across the project teams into clean, consistent weekly and monthly outputs.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, site visits and other project activities across internal teams, consultants, contractors and delivery partners as required.
· Procure and allocate subcontract labour in line with project requirements
· Attend and contribute to weekly resource planning and project update meetings
· Coordinate and allocate installation resources effectively
· Create and maintain Profit & Loss analysis reports and financial tracking spreadsheets
· Oversee project GRN processes and ensure timely project closure
· Manage timesheet administration and approvals
· Support consolidated reporting across all HyperScale projects projects, highlighting key milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions requiring leadership attention.
Essential requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including advanced use of Excel for reporting, financial tracking, and data analysis
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational priorities within a fast-paced service environment
· Strong organisational and resource planning capabilities
· Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret financial and performance data
· Proficient use of Sage including business management applications that handle accounting and financial tracking
· Flexibility to travel and work across the UK, Europe and the US, including overnight stays and night shifts with assignments lasting up to 1 week

- Strong organisational and coordination skills — able to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, track actions across busy project teams, and keep governance processes running without being directed to.
- Clear written communication: able to produce concise meeting minutes, action logs, risk summaries and reporting packs that are accurate, readable and useful to senior leadership.
- Proactive follow-through: not a passive coordinator — comfortable chasing overdue actions, flagging slippage and keeping workstream leads accountable for their inputs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with confidence following up with internal teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
The Project Co-Ordinator must be comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-project and multi-party environment where priorities shift and the ability to adapt quickly is essential.
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
