Duties
- Prepare fresh pizza dough from scratch, ensuring proper consistency and texture.
- Assemble pizzas with a variety of toppings, cheeses, sauces, and seasonings according to recipe standards.
- Operate pizza ovens efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection, monitoring temperature and cooking times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of low supplies.
- Follow all food safety procedures to ensure the health and well-being of customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service during busy hours.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or culinary setting.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues.
