The Opportunities:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Banking Paralegal to join our growing Corporate team in Farnborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced fee earners on a wide range of banking and finance matters, supporting high-quality transactional work for a diverse client base.
In this role, you will play a key part in the smooth delivery of transactions, from preparing documentation to coordinating conditions precedent and supporting completions. You’ll gain exposure to complex banking matters while developing strong technical, organisational, and client-facing skills.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting on a broad range of banking and finance transactions

Preparing ancillary banking and corporate documents

Managing and coordinating conditions precedent processes

Supporting transaction completions, including execution and post-completion tasks

Drafting notices, forms, and transaction-related documents

Liaising with clients, lenders, borrowers, and external advisers

Maintaining accurate file management and records

Assisting with billing and time recording

Conducting legal research and staying up to date with industry developments

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
