At Stone Circle Housing, we're passionate about helping people feel at home. We're looking for two customer-focused Tenancy Officers to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting customers living in our increasing portfolio of 279 homes across Wiltshire.
You'll be the trusted point of contact for customers throughout their tenancy, helping people sustain their tenancies, resolving issues and ensuring our customers receive an excellent service.
No two days are the same. One day you could be welcoming a new customer into their home, the next carrying out property inspections, tackling anti-social behaviour issues, helping a customer manage their rent account, or identifying support that will help someone maintain a successful tenancy.

What you'll be doing
As a Tenancy Officer, you'll manage your own geographical patch across Wiltshire and take responsibility for the full tenancy journey, including:
- Lettings, viewings and tenancy sign-ups
- Tenancy management and sustainment
- Property inspections and home visits
- Managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
- Rent arrears management and income collection
- Building positive relationships with customers and partners
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues quickly
- Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and best practice
What we're looking for
You'll bring:
✔ Recent housing management experience
✔ Experience managing rent arrears, income collection or income maximisation
✔ Experience carrying out home visits and property inspections
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
✔ Confidence handling challenging conversations and complex situations
✔ Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

£75 monthly car allowance
Mileage paid at 25p per mile
Full-time hours (35 hours per week) on a rotating pattern of 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm
