Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering a wide range of professional hair and beauty services
- Support senior stylists and beauticians in their daily duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Promote and upsell salon products and services
- Assist with front desk duties, bookings frrdrredletfenrhdnhrfegknlkbdhrfand store management tasks as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment, yes it does include cleaning the bacthroom when needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Previous front desk or customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Confidence in recommending and upselling products and services
- Understanding of basic store or salon operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry
