We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Contract Monitoring Assistant to join our Asset Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, data and processes, and wants to play an important role in ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained. Whether you have experience in housing, compliance, administration, customer service, project support or contractor management, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
As a Contract Monitoring Assistant, you'll support the delivery of key compliance programmes and contracts across Wolverhampton Homes.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Contract Managers with the monitoring and administration of compliance contracts.

Maintaining accurate records, databases and performance information.

Preparing reports, meeting notes and statistical information.

Liaising with customers, contractors and colleagues to support project delivery.

Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Supporting audits, inspections and compliance activities.

Assisting with customer engagement, meetings and communications.

Helping to monitor contractor performance and ensure actions are completed.
