Our client, a successful engineering manufacturer based in Belfast, is recruiting for a CNC Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm) with the added benefit of hybrid working.
The Role
- Create and maintain CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
- Prepare job setup sheets and production documentation.
- Plan machining methods and material requirements.
- Support estimating and production planning activities.
- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and quality.
About You
- Previous CNC Programming experience.
- Strong CAD/CAM knowledge. Preferably Hypermill or MasterCAM
- Good understanding of machining processes and manufacturing methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
