The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.
As part of our ambitious growth strategy, you'll play a key role in delivering a range of technology and business change initiatives, including ERP upgrades, CRM improvements, and data projects. Working alongside experienced Project and Change Managers, you'll coordinate multiple workstreams, support project governance, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Experience working on or coordinating business or IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of multiple small and medium-sized IT and business change projects.

Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.

Produce project documentation, status reports and governance updates.

Support resource planning and help balance project requirements with business-as-usual activities.

Assist with project budgeting, business cases and benefits realisation planning.

Facilitate project meetings, workshops and quality reviews, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
