We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning & Waste Management Site Manager to lead the delivery of cleaning and waste management services across our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, compliance, safety, environmental performance, and customer satisfaction while effectively managing people, resources, and operational budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of all cleaning and waste management services across the site.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors, cleaners, and waste operatives to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to agreed standards, company policies, and client requirements.
- Monitor cleaning specifications and conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Oversee waste segregation, recycling initiatives, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and promote a strong safety culture.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, complaints, and service failures, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Manage consumables, equipment, and stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service partners.
- Produce operational reports, performance metrics, and service improvement plans.
- Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining service standards.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability objectives.
