Responsibilities
- Perform authentic Thai massage sessions, utilizing stretching, acupressure, and deep tissue techniques to target muscle tension and improve flexibility
- Assess clients’ needs and customize treatments to ensure maximum benefit and comfort
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend follow-up sessions or wellness practices as appropriate
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client feedback to monitor progress and tailor future therapies
- Stay updated on the latest Thai massage techniques and industry best practices through continuous learning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless scheduling and exceptional client service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Thai Massage Therapist or similar holistic therapy role
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy to effectively target muscle groups and identify areas needing attention
- Certification or formal training in Thai massage from an accredited institution is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment benefits clearly
- Ability to work professionally, maintaining a positive attitude and high energy throughout each session
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
