Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Take customer orders face-to-face with a positive, friendly attitude
- Handle phone orders professionally and accurately
- Monitor and manage Just Eat and Uber Eats tablets to ensure orders are accepted promptly
- Provide excellent service with a smile at all times
- Food Preparation
- Prepare menu items including assembling burgers, sides, and drinks
- Pack orders neatly and correctly for takeaway and delivery
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards
- General Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, front counter, and dining areas
- Assist with restocking ingredients and packaging
- Support team members to keep the restaurant running smoothly

Pay: £12.75-£17.93 per hour
