Senior Software Engineer

This is an opportunity for an experienced software engineer to take on meaningful technical challenges and help build products designed for scale. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, partnering with product, architecture, cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams to turn complex requirements into dependable software.

Your Technical Impact
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
- Build APIs, microservices, and integrations for modern enterprise platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
- Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and engineering workflows.
- Diagnose complex application performance and production issues.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to deliver reliable data solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and promote strong engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, DevOps, security, and other engineers.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Java, Python, C#, C++, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable languages.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, data structures, design patterns, and system design.
- Experience developing enterprise applications, microservices, or distributed systems.
- Practical AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or comparable technologies.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Understanding of Agile development, automated testing, DevOps, and secure coding practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives is advantageous.
- Relevant cloud or software engineering certifications are beneficial.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
