Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health and safety standards to promote a hygienic environment.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials to maintain operational readiness.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to the supervisor for immediate action.
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions precisely.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices and chemical handling.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
