Working Foreman (Multi-Trade) – High-End Residential Projects
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Working Foreman with a strong background across multiple trades to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering high-quality finishes on residential projects, with the ability to read and understand structural drawings and architectural plans. You will play a key role in managing site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, to specification, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations while remaining hands-on
- Coordinate and manage tradespeople on-site
- Interpret and work from structural drawings and technical plans
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the wider team
- Ensure all work is delivered to a high-end finish within agreed timeframes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman or similar role
- Strong multi-trade background
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings and architectural plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools required
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £65,000 per annum (CIS), depending on experience
