Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or Level 3
Salary: £27,040 - £31,000 per year
Location: Lee, SE12
Hours: 40 hours per week – 4 or 5 day working week
Contract: Full-time, all year round
£1,000 Sign-Up Bonus OR £100 Per Month Travel Allowance For 6 Months

About You
You must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident working with children aged 0–5
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS
- Has strong safeguarding knowledge
- Is enthusiastic, caring and passionate about Early Years
- Works well as part of a team
- Has good written and verbal communication skills
Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment
- Plan and deliver fun, developmentally appropriate activities
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with children and parents
- Work closely with the wider nursery team
- Follow safeguarding, EYFS and health & safety requirements
