Electrical Installation Course Leader and Lecturer

Newbury College is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated English Lecturer to join our Essentials Skills department. This role offers the opportunity to teach Functional Skills English for Non-native Speakers/ESOL.
You will teach on our part-time programme which runs from September to July and focuses on developing all English language skills at the relevant level, and is open to adult learners.
The Role:
The successful candidate will deliver deliver the course as agreed with the Curriculum Manager for Essential Skills and be proactive in day to day management, quality review process and planning of curriculum.
What We’re Looking For:
The essential requirements for this role include:
- CELTA or equivalent qualification
- Related qualification at degree level, or working towards
- English and Maths GCSE/Functional Skills L2 or equivalent
- Experience of teaching English to Non-native Speakers
