Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, with a high level of flexibility required. Shift work and later finishing times are a regular requirement of this role, with start and finish times varying according to workload and production demands.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Die Cutting Operator to join our production team.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role involving the operation of semi-automated die-cutting equipment using a roll-to-sheet production process. The role requires someone who is comfortable working with machinery, monitoring production, carrying out quality checks and making adjustments to ensure products are manufactured to the required standard.
The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for the quality of their own work and make appropriate adjustments to materials, tooling and machine settings to maintain consistent production and product quality.
Full training will be provided on our processes and equipment. Once trained, you will be expected to work independently and take responsibility for your production area.
Flexibility is particularly important in this role. Production requirements can change, and the successful candidate must be prepared to work shifts and later finishing times when required to meet workload and customer demands.

- Identify and resolve routine production issues, escalating more complex problems when required.
- Complete production records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area.
- Work to production schedules and required quality standards.
