We’re looking for an ambitious and personable Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role is all about creating great first impressions, building lasting relationships, and matching people with their perfect homes.

What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, offering professional advice and guidance throughout the letting process
- Conduct viewings with enthusiasm and professionalism, showcasing properties at their best
- Negotiate offers between landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and vendors, keeping them updated and supported throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legislation.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and local marketing
- Achieve and exceed personal and team targets
- Keep up to date with market trends and local competition
What we’re looking for
- Experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-focused sales environment
- A confident communicator with excellent negotiation and people skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve targets
- Organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple viewings and enquiries at once
- A team player who contributes to a supportive, high-performing environment
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- ARLA qualification is a plus—but if you’d like to gain it, we’ll support you
