We have a vacancy in our Lettings and Management Department.
We are an established Estate Agency based in Levenshulme M19 dealing with both Lettings and Sales.
We currently manage around 150 properties and are looking for someone to come and join this Department as the Lettings Manager/Negotiator to be involved with the Marketing and Letting of properties as well as dealing with Property Management issues when they arise.
It is potentially a great position for the right person and paying a good wage as well, which will be discussed in more detail in the future.
Please note that prior experience in Property Lettings is essential and Block Management is desirable as this is a senior role and our aim is that the ideal candidate will join the Company and will very quickly be running the Lettings and Management Department.
