Maze Master – Seasonal Visitor Experience Assistant
Join our team at Seven Sisters Ice Cream Farm and become the face of our popular Maize Maze this summer and Halloween.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident and reliable person to create an unforgettable experience for thousands of visitors. This isn’t just a customer service role – you’ll bring our maze to life, welcome guests, tell this year’s story and help families enjoy every moment of their adventure.
Responsibilities
● Welcome visitors with enthusiasm and energy.
● Set the scene by telling the maze story and introducing the challenge.
● Explain clues, puzzles and game rules.
● Take bookings and process payments.
● Keep the maze entrance organised and running smoothly.
● Answer customer questions and resolve minor issues confidently.
● Help maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable attraction.
● Work independently while supporting the wider Seven Sisters team.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has an outgoing, friendly personality.
● Loves talking to people of all ages.
● Is confident speaking in front of groups.
● Has an interest in drama, performance or storytelling (desirable but not essential).
● Is organised, reliable and trustworthy.
● Can work outdoors in all weather.
● Can use their own initiative.
● Enjoys working as part of a busy team.
Hours
● Mid July until the end of October half term.
● One weekend day during term time.
● Additional weekday shifts throughout the summer holidays.
● Three evening shifts during our Halloween Night Maze event.
● Applicants must be available during October half term.
● Applicants should not plan more than two weeks of holiday during the summer season.
