Your responsibilities will include:
This is an office based role, with flexibility to work from home on at least one day per week. When working from the office you will be working from our office in Rishton reporting to the Regional HRBP for our Central region. The role is full time 40 hours per week.
The job consists of:
- Create and manage employee lifecycle in the HRIS , with an eye for detail ensuring the information and organisational structure are accurate to support our "People Analytics
- Working with the RHRBP, Manage TUPE processes end to end for contract win, Loss or any M&A Activity
- First point of contact and advisor for employee relations queries, escalating to RHRBP where needed
- Update and maintain company policies in line with current legislation
- Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK
- Provide accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary and benefits etc.
- Produce and update employment contracts and variation letters
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the People Function
- Supporting Central Region with Absence Management process and analysing what the data is telling us to promote a healthier and more productive workforce
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience working in an advisory HR role
- CIPD Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Solid Case Management and Organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels
- Sound knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines
- Someone looking to grow and develop alongside the business
- Dog lover, we sometimes have our puppies and dogs in our offices for a few days a week.
