Location: Denton, M34 2AYHours: Full Time – 40 hours per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our well-established, highly regarded nursery in Denton. Our 109-place nursery is currently operating at around 75% occupancy from September, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated manager to continue building on our success while maintaining the high standards our families know and trust.

About you:
You will be a confident leader with a genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare and inspiring your team.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
- A positive, approachable and proactive attitude
- Experience in free funding and Tameside LA implementation and use of Synergy
