Are you detailed oriented and enjoy providing great customer service? Are you proficient in handling administrative duties with ease? If the answer is YES, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Deposits Coordinator within our Lettings Support Centre Team in Norwich.
The main purpose of your role as a Deposits Coordinator is to provide administrative support to branches, landlords and tenants and to efficiently manage tenancy deposits, through delivering an excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities of a Deposits Coordinator:
- Conduct detailed comparisons of inventory and check-out reports
- Ensuring accurate assessment of property condition changes and supporting landlords with fair, evidence-based claim recommendations.
- Administering Tenancy Deposit Scheme referrals by liaising with landlords, tenants, branch staff and client accounting
- Advising and obtaining instructions from landlords and tenants at the end of the tenancy
- Draw up schedule of costs based on checkout report
- Ensure that relevant payments are instructed promptly and properly regarding contractors, deposits
Skills Required for a Deposits Coordinator:
- Customer service and administration skills
- Organised and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to deal confidently with all the parties
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
