Based at our premium location in Salterns Marina, Poole, our multi‑award‑winning team is committed to delivering exceptional customer care across the supply, service and customisation of both new and used units.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Skilled or Semi‑Skilled PDI Technician to support the preparation and delivery of our vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare new and used units, including un‑packing, assembling, and carrying out full PDI checks
- Fit accessories and customer‑selected options to a wide range of powersports vehicles
- Carry out road tests or sea trials to ensure units are fully ready for handover
- Assist with unloading and loading of lorries when new stock arrives
- Support wider workshop activities during busy periods
- Deliver units to customers and assist with handovers when required
- Carry out seasonal or ad‑hoc duties as needed
About You
- You have experience in mechanical work and/or fitting out new or used vehicles or machinery
- You take a flexible approach and can adapt to the needs of the customer
- You are comfortable working as part of a close team or independently when required
- You may be skilled or semi‑skilled, with a willingness to learn and develop
- You have an interest in powersports, especially Personal Watercraft (PWC) and Motorcycles
- You own a basic toolkit (specialist tools are provided)
- You hold a full UK driving licence (Car) and ideally a motorcycle licence (A/A2) or are able to obtain one
- You hold a forklift licence or would be willing to complete the training
