Distrikt Energy is a growing renewable energy company based in Hillington, Glasgow, specialising in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and Heat Pump installations across Scotland.
We work with homeowners, businesses, developers and public sector organisations to deliver high-quality renewable energy solutions that reduce energy costs and support the transition to net zero.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Office & Operations Administrator to become an integral part of our team.

The Role
This is a varied position supporting the day-to-day operation of the business. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help coordinate projects, manage customer communications, maintain records and support the smooth delivery of renewable energy installations across Scotland.
As a small business, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, can use their own initiative and enjoys taking ownership of their responsibilities.
While experience within the renewable energy sector would be advantageous, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries
- Scheduling surveys, installations and service appointments
- Maintaining customer records and project documentation
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and utility companies
- Assisting with quotations and project administration
- Supporting DNO applications and MCS certification processes
- Managing installation paperwork and completion packs
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and company records
- Assisting with invoicing and general office administration
- Supporting the wider business with operational and administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Desirable
- Experience within the renewable energy, construction, engineering or electrical sectors
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems
- Experience with DNO applications
- Experience with MCS certification
- Experience using CRM or project management software
