I'm working on behalf of a lovely special school based across 2 sites that looks after children with a wide range of SEND.
They're looking for a teacher to teach in one of their primary classes which works with high needs ASD and SEMH. You would ably supported by a number of TA's in the class so having natural leadership skills is important. Experience teaching SEN children is imperative, whether this be in a mainstream or a special school. They are looking for positive, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard-working candidates to apply. This is for a long term position.
Although with teaching duties, the school is also looking for a Lead Primary teacher to line manager teaches in the other site. A successful candidates will be based in the main site however will need to have weekly meetings in the nearby site and have video meetings to help with any issues or curricular or pedagogy question teaches might have. These additional duties will of course reflect in the pay agreed.

There are 2 sites supporting pupils in EYFS, KS1 and KS2. At each site you will be supporting 8 students., however these can be further split into ability. There is a number of TAs able to support.
