POST: Live In Care Worker
TYPE: FULL-TIME
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and reliable Live-in Care Worker to join our growing and dynamic healthcare organisation. This is a rewarding but demanding role where flexibility, patience, excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
As a Live-in Care Worker, you will live in the Service User’s home and provide personalised care and support in accordance with their individual care plan. You will report to the Registered Manager and work as part of a professional care team to ensure the Service User receives safe, respectful and high-quality care.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
· To provide personal care to the Service Users as per the care plan
· To develop a good relationship with Service User so that they maintain and improve their independence,
· To assisting daily living skills such as personal hygiene including showering/bathing
.To assist with medication in accordance with the care plan and company policies.
· To assist with preparing meals
.To provide companionship and participate in appropriate social activities.
· To assist Shopping
· Any other support required
Essential Skills:
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Positive attitude and willing to develop role of a Healthcare Assistants
· Trustworthy
· Reliable

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
