Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. We will need 1-2 days per week including Saturdays. Working hours can be flexible and discussed at induction. The ideal candidate will have laser hair removal or intimate waxing experience.
They will possess a strong background in personal care / the beauty / aesthetics / laser industry and customer service, ensuring that clients receive exceptional care and attention during their treatments.
Advantage if you have marketing knowledge and an eye for detail to assist with company advertising.
This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, as you will be interacting with clients to provide information about procedures and address any concerns they may have.
Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and explain the treatment process.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised and stored.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Document treatment details accurately in client records for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology and skincare practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist with diary management and bookings
- Assist with company admin, emails and marketing which may be done remotely
Requirements
- Proven experience laser or hair removal is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in beauty / skincare / personal care required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the beauty industry is an advantage but not essential.
