We are seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated Complex Care support staff to provide quality person centred care to 3 clients living in their own home.
This role you will be looking after all the clients daily needs. this includes monitoring and managing their CPAP, NIPPY & VENTILATOR, which training will be given
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Have experience around breathing equipment and airways
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Empathy and compassion toward individuals
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately while adapting to individual needs
- Valid driving license with experience driving safely
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Pay: £13.45-£14.45 per hour
