Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to legal drinking age and safety guidelines
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle tabs with precision using basic math skills
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow and uphold a lively, welcoming environment
- Learn how to carry our our various masterclass concepts; everything from cocktail making classes, Macallan whisky tasting and more
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in high end cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for hospitality, serving others, and creating memorable moments for guests
- Previous experience in hosting classes and tastings
The position is part time.
