About the Role:
London is one of the world’s leading centres for business, finance, professional services, and consulting, and at Soliman Consulting Partners Ltd, we bring that same level of professionalism into the advisory work we deliver for our clients. We support organisations that need practical guidance, stronger operations, better processes, and clear strategies for growth.
We are looking for a Senior Management Consultant who can take ownership of client advisory projects, business improvement initiatives, and strategic recommendations. This role is not just about preparing reports. You will analyse business challenges, identify opportunities, lead client discussions, and help organisations make practical decisions that improve performance.
You will work closely with senior leadership, client stakeholders, project teams, analysts, and operational departments to understand business needs, develop solutions, and deliver measurable results.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our office is based in London, close to major consulting, finance, and commercial networks. We value a professional, structured, and collaborative workplace where people are trusted to take ownership and deliver strong results.
Client Impact: Consulting is central to our business. You will have a direct role in helping clients improve operations, solve business problems, and move strategic projects forward.
Practical Advisory Focus: We focus on clear analysis, realistic recommendations, strong stakeholder communication, and solutions that can be implemented in real business environments.
Growth: You will have the opportunity to lead client workstreams, strengthen advisory methods, develop junior consultants, and support the company as it expands its consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory: Lead consulting workstreams for clients, helping them assess business challenges, improve processes, and develop practical strategies for growth.
Business Analysis: Review client operations, workflows, financial information, performance data, market conditions, and organisational structures to identify improvement opportunities.
Strategy Development: Prepare recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, operating models, and strategic roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, senior leaders, internal teams, and project partners to support smooth project delivery.
Project Delivery: Manage consulting timelines, deliverables, meetings, documentation, and project updates to ensure advisory work is completed on time and to a high standard.
Workshop Facilitation: Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, planning meetings, and presentations to gather information and align stakeholders.
Reporting and Presentations: Prepare professional reports, slide decks, executive summaries, data analysis, and clear recommendations for client decision makers.
Team Support: Mentor junior consultants, review project outputs, provide guidance, and help maintain strong delivery standards across consulting assignments.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6 or more years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, operations improvement, strategy consulting, project advisory, or a similar client facing role.
Consulting Skills: You can analyse complex business problems, structure recommendations, manage client expectations, and turn findings into practical action plans.
Strategic Thinking: You understand how to connect operational issues with business goals, financial impact, customer needs, and long term growth priorities.
Analytical Skills: You are comfortable working with data, reports, spreadsheets, process maps, business cases, performance metrics, and client documentation.
Stakeholder Management: You can communicate confidently with senior leaders, department heads, project teams, and client stakeholders in a professional consulting environment.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required. You should be confident preparing reports, leading meetings, presenting recommendations, and explaining complex ideas clearly.
Tools and Reporting: Experience using spreadsheets, presentation tools, project management software, CRM systems, dashboards, or business analysis tools is highly desirable.
Mindset: You are structured, commercially aware, practical, and client focused. You know how to balance detailed analysis with clear recommendations that clients can realistically implement.
