Warehouse Supervisor – Nightshift
Location: Nutts Corner
Hours: 4 on / 4 off (Nightshift)
Pay: Starting from £14.24 per hour, increasing to £15.00 after 8–12 weeks, with a further increase to £15.69
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Nutts Corner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking to step into or progress within a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during nightshift
- Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve daily targets
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity across all operations
- Allocate tasks and manage staff performance
- Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times
- Monitor stock movement and ensure accuracy
- Resolve any operational issues quickly and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment (supervisory experience desirable)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to use initiative
- Flexible to work shift patterns
