Role Overview
We are looking for an ISO Consultant/Auditor to join our team of consultants. This role focuses on supporting clients to implement, maintain and improve ISO-certified management systems and to plan, deliver and report audits against relevant ISO standards.
You’ll work with a wide range of businesses, guiding them through practical, proportionate compliance while keeping an eye on real-world risk. The ideal person will have solid experience of ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities
You will liaise directly with clients, so we need someone who is confident, professional and dependable. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective time management, remain calm under pressure, and be personable and proactive.
As an ISO Consultant/Auditor, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting clients to develop, implement and maintain ISO management systems (including policy, process and controls).
- Planning, scoping and delivering audits (internal, supplier, pre-assessment and readiness-style audits where appropriate).
- Designing audit test procedures and sampling approaches appropriate to scope, size and risk.
- Producing clear, well-structured audit reports, including nonconformities and improvement opportunities.
- Following up and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and recommendations.
- Providing practical, solutions-focused guidance to help clients meet certification requirements and improve performance.
- Working to agreed service levels and project timelines, ensuring a consistent client experience.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across both business and technical teams.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable experience delivering ISO consultancy and/or audits (9001 & 14001 & 45001).
- Strong understanding of audit principles (planning, evidence gathering, reporting, corrective actions)
- Confidence engaging with operational, technical and management stakeholders across a range of industries.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong written communication skills
