The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rental process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to rental enquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about available properties.
- Conducting property viewings and presenting features effectively to prospective tenants.
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements and ensuring all documentation complies with legal requirements.
- Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the rental process, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Managing administrative tasks such as updating property listings, maintaining records, and processing applications.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring properties are presented in optimal condition.
- Supporting marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels.
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
