Brighter Way Services is excited to be opening a new 5-bed Mental Health Supported Living Service, and we're looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to join our growing team.
This is more than just a management role it's an opportunity to help shape the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our new service, ensuring outstanding care, compliance, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
As the service reaches full occupancy, you will work alongside our Directors to support the development and opening of future services, playing a key role in our expansion plans.
