-required days needed but very flexible with working days. Wednesday, Saturdays 10-2 ideally and one later eve on a Tuesday or Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering advice, and ensuring a comfortable experience,
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining the salon’s organisation.
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices to foster skill development within the team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge in the beauty industry.
- Be a team player and all help each other & work together.
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of diverse styles, level 2 and above.
- Skills in barbering are a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with an ability to build lasting client relationships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £200.00-£500.00 per week
