Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality food production

- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste and control costs
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols across all kitchen activities
- Train team members on cooking techniques, food presentation, and hospitality best practices
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences
- Oversee serving processes during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent guest service
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
- Extensive food production knowledge with expertise in various cooking methods and cuisines
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent food preparation skills with attention to detail in presentation and taste
- Solid kitchen experience complemented by a deep understanding of food safety regulations
