The Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll help our residents live happy, fulfilling lives by providing compassionate, person-centred care.
Every day is different, and your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering dignified personal care
- Supporting residents during mealtimes
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Encouraging independence while respecting each person's individual needs and preferences
- Being a friendly face, attentive listener and valued member of our care team
