We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Senior Beauty Therapist to join the Sparkle with Beauty family and help us lead our team into our next chapter.

We are now looking for a Senior Therapist who shares those standards and values and can help us lead our team, mentor our apprentices and continue to grow our business.

The beauty and aesthetics industry is constantly evolving, and we want our therapists to evolve with it. We invest heavily in our team and provide extensive ongoing training so that they have the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver the exceptional treatments our clients deserve.
Our treatment menu ranges from traditional beauty and ELEMIS facials through to advanced treatments including IPL skin treatments, laser hair removal, HIFU and RF microneedling.
For the right candidate, there will be fantastic opportunities to train and develop across our advanced treatment menu.
We don't expect you to already know everything — but we do expect you to have a genuine desire to learn, develop and become the very best therapist you can be.

Your Role
As our Senior Beauty Therapist, you won't just be responsible for delivering outstanding treatments. You will become an important part of helping us lead and develop the salon.
You will work closely with the salon owner and help set the standard for the rest of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering consistently exceptional 5-star treatments and client experiences
- Leading by example and maintaining our high salon standards
- Helping to lead, motivate and support our team
- Mentoring our apprentices and junior therapists, helping them develop their skills, confidence and professionalism
- Supporting training and development within the salon
- Carrying out thorough consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
- Educating clients on treatments, skincare and homecare
- Building strong, long-term relationships with our clients
- Encouraging rebooking and client retention
- Confidently recommending treatments and retail products where appropriate
- Supporting the salon owner with the day-to-day running of the business
- Helping identify opportunities to improve and grow the salon
- Supporting the team in reaching salon goals and targets
- Ensuring treatment rooms and salon areas are maintained to our exceptionally high standards
- Helping resolve client queries professionally and positively
- Keeping your knowledge and skills up to date through ongoing education and training

You will ideally be:
- An experienced and qualified Beauty Therapist
- Confident, professional and reliable

Previous senior or leadership experience would be an advantage, but we would also love to hear from an experienced therapist who feels ready to take that next step in their career.
