Nursery Manager - WA2
We're looking for an experienced, values-driven Nursery Manager to lead one of our new nurseries with confidence, clarity, and genuine care for children and families.
You'll work directly with a dedicated team to create a learning environment where children thrive, parents feel secure, and staff are supported and developed. This is a hands-on role—you'll be present in the nursery every day, building relationships with children and families whilst maintaining high standards across practice, safeguarding, and care.
What You'll Do
Lead the daily running of the nursery, ensuring excellent care and education aligned with EYFS principles
Work closely with your team to deliver our literacy-focused, child-led curriculum with strong emphasis on outdoor learning
Build genuine partnerships with parents, keeping families informed and involved
Monitor staff practice, support professional development, and drive continuous improvement
Manage the operational side—staffing, planning, documentation, and compliance
Work with our Senior Management Team on training, recruitment, and strategic development
Model calm, professional leadership and positive behaviour management
Experience:
