Oakhill Estate Agents is looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our established lettings department in Isleworth.
This is an important senior appointment within our business. You will work directly alongside the owners and directors, taking responsibility for the performance, standards and continued growth of the lettings department.
We are looking for someone who is experienced, commercially driven and capable of building strong, long-term relationships with landlords. The right person will be grounded, personable and confident leading a team, while still being willing to remain hands-on with valuations, instructions and new business.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day performance of the lettings department
- Leading, supporting and motivating the lettings team
- Winning new landlord instructions and growing the managed portfolio
- Carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing landlords
- Ensuring consistently high standards of communication and customer service
- Working closely with the property management and lettings coordination teams
- Monitoring departmental performance, targets and pipelines
- Taking ownership of problems and ensuring matters are resolved quickly
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the business
- This is a Monday to Friday role.
You will work alongside an Assistant Manager and a team of Lettings Consultants. The Assistant Manager will manage much of the available stock, viewing feedback, price reductions and offer progression, allowing you to focus heavily on leadership, landlord relationships, valuations and new business.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience within residential lettings
- Is currently working as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator
