About the Role
We're a busy café in North Norfolk looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter to join our small kitchen team. This is a hands-on role covering washing up, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and supporting the chefs with basic prep so service runs smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Washing pots, pans, crockery, and equipment throughout service
- Keeping the kitchen, floors, and equipment clean and up to food safety standard
- Managing waste and recycling
- Basic food prep support when needed
- Helping with deliveries and stock put-away
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to keep pace during busy periods
- Previous kitchen or pot wash experience preferred but not essential
- Own car or reliable transport, given the location
- Able to work every Saturday and Sunday, plus additional weekdays (around 30 hours a week total)
