Overview of Agricultural Engineer Role
Are you an experienced Agricultural Service Technician or Plant Engineer looking for better pay, more respect, and a clearer career path?

Key Responsibilities for Agricultural Engineer:
- Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of agricultural machinery
- Carry out both workshop-based and mobile field service work
- Take part in a paid, seasonal call-out rota during harvest periods
- Collaborate with the service and technical teams to deliver top-quality support
Requirements from Agricultural Engineer:
- Proven experience as an Agricultural Engineer, or background in plant/forklift equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Agricultural, Plant or Land-Based Engineering (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
