Ready to Take Ownership of a Growing Ecommerce Brand?
Do you love seeing the direct impact of your marketing work? Are you passionate about SEO, Shopify, PPC and turning website visitors into customers?
We're looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our Shopify website, drive digital growth and help shape the future of our online customer experience.
This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain campaigns—you'll have the freedom to test new ideas, improve performance, influence strategy and see the results of your work every day.
If you're commercially minded, data-driven and enjoy finding new ways to grow traffic, increase conversions and maximise ROI, we'd love to hear from you.
Who We Are
Monster Group is a fast-growing ecommerce retailer selling over 2,000 own-brand products across 200+ online marketplaces throughout the UK and internationally.
From garden furniture and catering equipment to quirky seasonal products and everyday essentials, we're continually expanding our product range and investing in our digital channels to reach even more customers.
Our values of Fun+, Respect, Empowerment and Forward Thinking are at the heart of everything we do, creating a workplace where people are encouraged to share ideas, take ownership and make a genuine impact.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in driving our digital growth by:
- Taking ownership of our Shopify website, continually improving the customer journey and increasing conversion rates.
- Developing and implementing SEO strategies across technical, on-page and off-page optimisation.
- Managing Google Shopping campaigns to maximise visibility and sales.
- Running and optimising PPC campaigns while delivering strong ROI.
- Creating and managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns.
- Monitoring website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analysing customer behaviour, campaign performance and website data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Staying up to date with ecommerce trends, SEO developments and digital marketing best practice.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing and optimising Shopify websites
- Strong SEO knowledge with a track record of growing organic traffic
- Experience running Google Ads, Google Shopping and PPC campaigns
- Experience managing Meta (Facebook) Ads
- Confidence using Google Analytics and interpreting performance data
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for continuous improvement
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience creating digital assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation).
- Experience using AI marketing tools or automation platforms.
Working hours and location:
The role is full time - starting between 8.00am and 9.30am, and finish between 4.00pm and 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week with 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch), and you will be based at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG) 5 days a week, so having your own transport is essential.
